This is an in-person event, and although parents can come on campus and see the event too, it's not necessary! Kinder thru 1st graders will be directed to the garden when the bell rings—older kids will be told to meet at the MPR. Volunteers will check in your children and pick up will be at 2:30 outside the office.
PLEASE NOTE: By reserving a ticket to this event, you are acknowledging that pictures of children attending the event will be taken, and by your child attending this event, you are giving ARES PTA the option to use the picture on both the arespta.org website and/or social media. That said, we will do our best to honor any take-down request if you email us the picture tell ARES PTA which child is yours—this is not a guarantee of removal, however. No pictures will be used for-profit purposes.
